General By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are accessing the site with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase.

Products We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions accurately. SiwakStick is a natural product made from the Salvadora persica (arak) tree; appearance, size, and colour may vary naturally between individual sticks. Product images are for illustration.

Health note SiwakStick is a natural oral-care product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical or dental condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Pricing & promotions All prices are listed in [AUD] and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing and discounts are valid only for the period stated and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiwakStick is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
