30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to request a refund or return Email us at hello@siwakstick.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with the next steps.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used SiwakStick products cannot be resold. In most cases we will not require you to ship the product back — but if a return is requested, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at hello@siwakstick.com with a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
